FCCE, the majority shareholder of Installux, has acquired Amiral Gestion's 6.38% stake for €500 per share and announced its intention to launch a simplified public offer at the same price for remaining minority shares, potentially followed by a mandatory squeeze-out. The offer values Installux at €140 million and represents a 74% premium to the 60-day average share price.
