Defiance ETFs has launched Defiance Memory UCITS ETF (ticker: DRAM), Europe's first memory semiconductor ETF, now listed on Frankfurt's Xetra and Borsa Italiana exchanges. The ETF targets companies in memory chip development, manufacturing, and data storage, capitalizing on surging demand from AI, cloud computing, and data centers. Memory semiconductor prices are expected to rise up to 130% by end of 2026 due to supply constraints, with existing US memory ETFs managing approximately $20 billion in assets.
