Immatics Presents Clinical Activity and Response Dynamics of Anzu-cel PRAME Cell Therapy at 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting

Immatics announced extended Phase 1b data for anzu-cel (IMA203), a PRAME-directed TCR T-cell therapy, showing 56% confirmed objective response rate, 14.6 months median duration of response, and 16.2 months median overall survival in metastatic melanoma patients. The therapy demonstrated rapid, deep and durable anti-tumor activity with a manageable safety profile. The Phase 3 SUPRAME trial remains on track for BLA submission in H1 2027.
