Quince Therapeutics has rebranded to IRulya Therapeutics and will trade on Nasdaq under ticker 'IRLA' starting October 12, 2026. The company is focused on advancing LAM-001, an inhaled rapamycin formulation for pulmonary diseases including PH-ILD, BOS, and SAPH. New leadership has been appointed including CEO Brigette Roberts, M.D., and the company has a cash balance of $116 million expected to fund operations through end of 2028.
