Third Life World Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Transglobal Management Group, Inc.

Third Life World, developer of a persistent online world with AI agents, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire voting control of publicly traded Transglobal Management Group, Inc. (OTC: TMGI). The transaction will make Third Life World's platform TMGI's core operating business. Third Life World plans to launch Version 3, mobile apps, and scale toward 50,000 users over the next six months.
