(NASDAQ: TDTH) has executed a binding letter of intent with Digital Innovations Group to launch IRMA Engine Asia, an AI-powered enterprise marketing and customer acquisition platform for the Asia-Pacific region. Under the agreement, Trident will acquire an equity stake in DIG and support the deployment of the IRMA AI Engine across Asia-Pacific markets, targeting multinational corporations, agencies, e-commerce operators, and enterprise brands.
