Vishay Intertechnology introduced four series of 3000 W transient voltage suppressors (TVS) in the new DFN6546A package with wettable flanks. The automotive-grade and industrial-qualified devices feature a compact 6.5 mm x 4.6 mm footprint with 0.88 mm profile, offering twice the power dissipation of comparable packages while reducing volume by up to 76%. Samples and production quantities are available now with 12-week lead times.
