Zenas BioPharma Announces Data from the Registrational Phase 3 INDIGO Trial of Obexelimab in Immunoglobulin G4-Related Disease (IgG4-RD), Simultaneously Presented at the EULAR 2026 Congress and Published in the New England Journal of Medicine

Zenas BioPharma announced that obexelimab met its primary and all key secondary endpoints in the Phase 3 INDIGO trial for Immunoglobulin G4-Related Disease (IgG4-RD). The drug demonstrated a 56% reduction in flare risk, 65% reduction in glucocorticoid use, and favorable safety profile comparable to placebo. A Biologics License Application (BLA) was submitted to the FDA in May 2026, with results presented at EULAR 2026 Congress and published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
